I had a RIP in the Upholstery on my center console for my SUV so I bought a new Upholstery cover off of Ebay for $26.50 so i called HALL’S to see if he could do it and the price he said he could put the new one on and would charge me $25 since the piece was premade he called and told me it was done on 6/7/2019 I told him I was working so my grandmother picked it up and payed for it and when I got home I seen that I didnt look right it had bulges on it and it wasn’t on the console lid strait so I looked a little more and the center plastic piece was floppy I turned it over and it was broke and the plastic had a hole all the way through it and the Upholstery was the only thing covering the hole from the top side so I called the guy and asked him what had happened and he says what do you mean and I tell him about the bulg and the hole and how it wasn’t straight and he started arguing with me and says what do you expect for $25 and hung up on me now it’s worse than when I took it to him.
