Dear Gulf Air representative,
I would like to file a complaint upon the recent unpleasant flight experience. Below is the breakdown of the compensation request:
Manchester to Bahrain (GF0004) Flight Delay Compensation:
Booking references (GPYZHM), (TCRTZI), (BMSAZM), and (WKMDAQ) the flight was scheduled firstly on Aug 24, 2022 at 9:15 then been informed the day before that; the flights’ timing was delayed to be at 13:25. After checked in we’ve been informed that the flight was delayed again and to be on 13:45. Unfortunately, when we boarded on the plane at 14:00, we endured another substantial hours of waiting time, around 4 hours of waiting until the plane took off.
Bahrain to Dammam (GF0101) Flight; ticket refund:
Booking references (GPYZHM), (TCRTZI), (BMSAZM), and (WKMDAQ), the 1:35 flight on Aug 25, 2022 was canceled due the extreme delay from the first flight and was rescheduled to the next available flight at 9:45. This rescheduling option was not suitable for us as we requested the airline customer service to provide us a Taxi ticket to drive us to our home, which is an hour away.
Bahrain to Dammam Taxi Compensation:
As mentioned earlier, the customer service suggested that I pay for the Taxi fees and reimburse it through email. The trip coast was (45 BD) as shown in the attachment.
As the details are not pleasant, I am highly motivated to review my experience with Gulf Airlines through social media platforms. Kindly consider compensating response.
