I purchased a parking voucher to use at Newark airport . I went thru the Groupon cert for ARB parking to reserve spot. When I arrived , the man who barely spoke any English said Groupon not valid and demanded cash only $56.71. So purchasing Groupon paying $70 they are now not offering a refund. I went thru appropriate emails explaining what happened. They are not doing anything about selling fraudulent vouchers that cannot be used. So here I am stuck with picking out another Groupon voucher to use. I will never purchase Groupon ! They are allowing sheisters to sell deals then not allowing use . Groupon and ARB seem to be in the business of bait and switch . I want a refund I do not want to shop or use Groupon and it’s dirty tactics! Need help getting money back. Credit my PayPal which was the way I paid.
