Green Dot Bank — Thieves and liars!!!!!

I have a transaction dispute from 2019. Initially was told it was not valid. Then was overturned and I was sent a letter in mail with a case number on it and told to call. I have called so many times over the last few months it’s insane. I call and one person says they can’t verify me and then call back and the other person has no problem verifying me. I know the account number, the dispute transaction case number, my address, social, birth date, transaction amount, date of transaction, the only info I don’t have is the card number and the phone number I used for that account back in 2019. Then I get a email from green dot corporate and was told to call and use this ext. So I figured maybe this will be good and talk to someone who can help. NO THAT’S NOT THE CASE. It was the same as before. After telling her i can give you the account number she just kept on saying no I can’t find you. I said account number she said anything but that. I asked if she would speak to my wife. She agreed and my wife said will you try the account number so she did and she found me in the system. Then she asks me my name, social , birth date, transaction amount, any direct deposits I answered all of them and she asked telephone number and I told her it’s been 2 years I don’t remember she says I’m sorry when you figure out phone number call back until then we can’t help you. THIS MAKES NO SINCE. THEY DON’T WANT TO PAY ME MY MONEY BACK. THEY STOLE 213.00 FROM ME AND I WANT IT BACK. Why can other agents find and verify me no prob but the others can’t find me anywhere in system. I was told they were mailing me a check out on the 3rd of Sept. To call if I haven’t received it by 17th. Called on 19th and was told it was sent out on the 9th not the 3rd. So I called back on the 25th and they said the check. Should be there. I checked mail daily and nothing called today and got the run around. I WANT SOMETHING DONE. THIS IS NOT RIGHT. I WILL CALL AND WRITE THE GOVERNMENT, CORPORATE, FEDERAL RESERVE, ATTORNEY GENERAL, MAYOR UNTIL I CANT SPEAK TO SOMEONE THAT CAN UNDERSTAND ME AND I CAN UNDERSTAND THEM SO I CAN HAVE THIS ISSUE RESOLVED. THIS HAS WENT ON LONG ENOUGH. YOU CANT TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THIS. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP
