I got two checks from the department of Treasury and both of them were taken from my account for purchases I didn’t make. I should have over $500 in my account and nothing and 3 months ago more money was taking out. I am so ****** off bc that was my little boy’s Christmas money and now he is not going to get any presents bc of greendot. I want my money back and every bit that has been taking out sense like October 2021 bc I have not taking any out. If greendot does not fixed this issue and get my money back, I am calling the better business bureau fir future advice. Also the many times I have called I am put on hold with the phone saying you have 300 minutes before we can connect you to a person.
