My federal refund was direct dep on Sept 21st 2022. I’ve sent all my info. They are charging me interest on money sent to them from IRS from Sept.. just notified me again improper info.. I’ve had an active account with them on another card since 2020 and receive my direct dep. They refuse to approve me and send me my card with my refund making excuses everytime. Forward my card Now.. with my tax refund.. Now
