I got no Utility bills or lease agreement. I living with my family currently. I my tax lady open an account with Turbo Tax and used her phone and address. She did try to take my tax return money. I contacted green dot to jump through many hoops as well as filed a police report. I called green dot I mailed them a letter I emailed them a lot. They refuse to resolve my address issue and hold my money. Accept photo ID and mail with the address like everyone else does.
