I caught another employee stealing from the register and from me. When I notified the manager and I also told her that even thow that employee had yelled at me getting confrontational that I would do whatever it took to keep the peace and no confrontation would come on my part I get fired the next day and she tells me I said the opposite. Acknowledge the truth of the matter. Explain to me why when I caught her with my own eyes I also was held to a different standard than the other employees. Being told I was late B4 when the other employees were not counting late coming in at the same time
