I had a problem when I signed up for you tube tv on May 27th, 2020. I signed up under a different Gmail account. I signed up with one account, it did not let me access my account, so I went in with another account and the first thing it did was ask for my credit card number. I figured it did not go through the first time so I gave it again. I only gave the number because they asked for it. They doubled billed me. I called my Credit card company and they credited my account. The next month, June, 2020, they doubled charged me AGAIN! I tried to contact them, but you can never talk to a human, they hide well. I called my credit card company and disputed the charge AGAIN, once again I was credited the that I was doubled charged. Google said that the charge was valid and charged me AGAIN. I complained to the BBR and they ignored the complaint completely. I finally got a sentiment after saying I was going to file a lawsuit. I got an email from a Hans saying they were going to credit me for both the double charges. I never got the credit, but I did get a credit for which is what I was out anyway because google never said anything about the first credit I got. Today I was charged another from google and Capital One for May 2020. They have no clue what they are doing and neither does Capital One. They say they protect you, but they don’t Dirty little credit card company!
