My father passed away on 7/22/21, he had a Google utube premium account in the amount of $11.99 per month, since his passing i have been trying to contact Google on and off (between working, etc) it is very hard to contact them but finally was able to come across a way email them in July 2022 in regard to his passing. All information that was required was sent to them including the original death certificate, email address and copies of his current bank statements, Google emailed me back stating that they have closed his account and are no longer taking the $11.99 from his account. As of today (11/12/22) Google is STILL taking the money out!!! It has been a year and 4 months since his passing and would like to be refunded in the amount of $191.84 Thank You
