My YouTube account has been frozen. I have multiple videos online that need to be updated, deleted, no customer service contact or feedback from email I’ve had a YouTube account for years with multiple videos for my businesses. Recently the account has been frozen (we don’t know why) and my videos need to be updated, deleted, etc., and this is affecting my business. We’ve tried for a week to get a hold of someone at YouTube or Google but there’s not reasonable way to get a hold of customer service. This is affecting my business. I would like for someone from YouTube or Google to help us unfreeze my YouTube account. You wouldn’t think it would be this difficult, I’m wondering if this speaks to a customer service issue or the business itself.
