Google Voice — Issues with Google Voice

Issues with Google Voice which is imperative part of my job. Was told via email it would b rectified in 2 days, been all week-no results no contact Was contacted by Google saying my Google Voice (GV) & email was being disabled because some1 had stolen fone numbers using my email address and selling them to a phone company. Since CV19 My job entails assisting children with distant learning using my GV, my computer & THAT is all. The GV #s on my GV log belong to my students parents. Google said they need to investigate and it would take a couple of days but it has been a week and there is NO ONE available on their Help Desk. It seems like if they were short of help or staffing that they would NOT be quick to move on a matter like this, OR make sure that the investigation is executed immediately. Another reason that I need to talk to them is because a couple of days ago I noticed that at the bottom of the initial email where the copyright emblem is, it said Google 2017. I can’t see Google not having Google 2020 on all of its communication, so now I am wondering if someone is faking to be Google to get into my GV account but I cant reach anyone to talk to. About a year ago, I was told from some previous neighbors that their were hackers in the complex that I lived it and that their was one even in my building. With me know working from home and this happening I am really beginning to wonder and I am also concerned. For now I am assuming that Google has their platform wrapped tight, but their slowfulness and negligence that is deeply hindering me from doing my job most effectively. I need Google to investigate this Promptly and Thoroughly, I will assist them in any way that I can
