I purchased an item with Google Shopping which offers the Google Guarantee in case of problems with the purchase. They have not honored this policy I purchased an item (Apple AirPods Pro) worth $215 dollars on the Google Shopping website (https://shopping.google.com) . I received the item on Oct 9th and that same day I requested a return & refund on their website. After 48 hours the seller did not respond to my request. At that point I reached out directly to the Google Shopping Support team as. because I wanted to use the Google Guarantee. To this date they have ignored by return & refund request by continuously asking me to wait 2 more business days for a reply over & over. So far there’s been 12 email exchanges with the Google Shopping Support team where they keep ignoring my request.
