Google Store — My product has a defect

I have purchased a project from the Google store. My product has a defect. I have reached out through telephone and email to notify representatives and no one is helping my concern and they have gave me the runaround for so long that my return date for the product has expired. Even after the return date, I still have a manufacturer’s warranty that lasts a whole ‘nother year, but I can’t Even get help to return my project for the manufactured warranty and my product is not physically damaged. I even have email conversations of the entire process and I am still in waiting. Please help
