On October 21st 2021 I ordered the Pixel 6 Pro Stormy Black 128GB from the google store. The cost of the phone was $899.00 and I was charged November 9th, 2021 The phone was supposed to arrive on November 15th, 2021 according to the FedEx tracking information. The phone did not arrive on the stated date nor has a replacement phone been issued. I spoke with Google representatives on November 21st, and November 23rd and since then both representatives have not given updates or responded to inquiries about the phone. The Business has done nothing proactively to try to resolve the problem and currently their customer service is at capacity and has closed all communication avenues. I am still waiting for a new device to be sent or a full refund.
