I don’t know why Google has not taken action to stop fraudulent actors, such as Google Leads Services, from its malware induced add “services” it sells. Google Leads Services is harmful to the public, and does so using the name of Google. For this reason copyright and trademark law would allow Google to take legal action to stop the company from doing this in the name of Google.
