Google — Scam by promising it will come with ear Buds

Google tricks me into buying by “pre-order” their new Pixel 6: Scam by promising it will come with ear Buds. After receiving the phone on Oct 27th, I received an email on Oct 29th with a code to claim the buds, I was surprised as I was expecting the phone to come with the buds. I used the code but it did not work for me so I was thinking it was too early as I did not activate the phone right away. Later I tried the code again but nothing… last week I called the customer service to find out that on Oct 30 they sent another email but it went to “spam”, the message was saying the previous code was wrong and to consider the “corrected code” in the message. When I paid attention I noticed that both codes are the same, despite that I was told (by the customer service) that my case is dismissed because the time frame for the promotion is over: that is how I got robbed by google, I’m considering ending my subscription with Fi
