Google is not removing positive reviews made by our customers. I reached out to Google They told me our customers violated one of their review policies. I asked which one, and they send me a huge list and told me that they couldn’t disclose which one. They instructed me to send the list of policies to our customer and ask them not to violate one of them. No thank you, I will not be doing that to our customers. Calling Google is a complete run-around and waste of time. They have this attitude about them, like, “We are the biggest and baddest — deal with it.” I am so sick of them. I can’t wait for another search engine to come along and take them out of business. Perhaps one that will charge you a nominal fee every year as opposed to selling all your privacy away and acting like a bully.
