On 8-21-19 I purchased a 500 dollar Google play card. Card would not load. I want 500 dollars posted to my account or full refund. On 8-21-19 I purchased with cash, a 500 dollar Google play card. I tried to redeem card while still in store,would not load. The store would not refund money. Filed report in minutes. I have called them at least 9 times, sent them numerous documents, I am not even allowed to speak to someone working directly on my case. I dont know what else to do.
