Google Play — They won’t return stolen money

They won’t return stolen money and don’t care about their patrons. Someone stole my credit card and bought worth of youtube on googleplay in about 5 minutes. I reported this to my bank immediately and got my card shut off and even started the process of getting my accounts shut off and brand new ones activated and new cards sent out. Then I sent in a fraudulent activity report with google and emailed youtube. After 11 long days of being late on rent they sent me an email saying they can’t verify that was fraudulently spent and thus would not be returned. The payment activity was clearly suspicious and the cards were immediately canceled; what about that isn’t obvious? In the middle of a pandemic, they are refusing to return obviously stolen money to a disabled woman. What makes this even better is that google already flagged me and won’t let me make any purchases on my own google account because two years ago I used several different debit cards of mine and my husband’s (I kept losing mine; I struggle with severe mental illness). So they won’t let the real credit card, but they’ll take credit card from a theif. Does that make any f-ing sense to anyone?! No! Not at all!?
