Google Play — No date for investigation to be complete

Bought 2 Google Play cards 8/24 and 8/31/19 from Kroger. Google would not honor the cards. Kroger verified they paid Google for the cards. 8/24/19-Bought Google Play Card from Kroger. Google Account would not take the card number. Kroger verified that we paid for it and Kroger paid Google. Supplied Google with copies of receipt and card information requested. 8/31/19-Bought another Google Play card (thinking it was something wrong with the other card) only to find out from Google that they had a hold on my Google Play Account, and I couldn’t use it until they investigated. CASE ID (***************) 9/4/19-Followed up-No date for investigation to be complete. Will let you know. 9/8/19-Sent me a survey concerning Google’s customer service!!!! Replied…NO!!!! 9/11/19-Ditto 9/12/19-Followed up-Can’t believe this poor customer service!!! Google has been paid the $200 via Kroger thru me. They have my $200. I want it back!!!! It’s been long enough!!!! I have copies of the unused cards and Kroger receipts, but I have already sent them to Google. Let me know if you need them. They are on my phone.
