Google Play — I lost money and yet they refused to do anything

I made a purchase on 12/11 for $15.89 through Google play, for solitaire cruise, which is a belka game. The game kept glitches and I continued to lose coins. I requested a refund which was denied. I contacted belka games repeatedly, and they said they couldn’t process a refund made through Google play. I contacted Google repeatedly, and they said the company denied the refund and there was nothing they could do. I told them belka told me to contact Google. They asked for a screenshot proving that, which I sent them. They did absolutely nothing. They know the company told me to contact them for a refund, they know they are the only ones who could process a refund, and they know I lost money; yet, they refused to do anything.
