Google refuses to give me a refund for an un authorized charge that was made by a fraudulent app. My son downloaded an app. I have payment protection on my phone so he can not download anything their cost money. Their problem with the app is it is behind a payment wall which means it does not tell you that it cost money until you download it. I realized he downloaded it 5 minutes after it was downloaded and uninstalled the app. 3 days later the app charges my card $75. I requested a refund from the app developers but their email is not valid so I requested one from google and they denied it. If you look at the reviews for the app you will see people complaining that the app has stolen from them and there is no way to get in contact with the app developers. Google knows this and continues to keep this company on their google play platform.
