Google customer service is not helping me. My phone needs to be replaced & they are dragging their feet. read online that 100’s of ppl have same issue I purchased Google Pixel 3 XL 128 phone from Amazon and it didn’t work it properly it had bad call quality, poor reception, dropped calls, static calls, connection issues with Bluetooth, wireless, the phone had multiple connection issues so i returned it and they sent me another one. The one they replaced it with did the same exact thing. I looked up online that these issues are ongoing and google is not doing anything to fix them. So now I’m on my 2nd Google Pixel 3 XL 128 phone that is defective; I was advised to go to the manufacturer, Google, so I did. Starting out with Google support and up to the present I have placed approx 10 phone calls, placed approx 10 chats with customer service and they do not resolve anything. They said for me to send in the phone and they will send me a replacement but i have read MULTIPLE horror stories of people with my same exact issue sending Google their phones for replacements and Google will say they never received the phones. In addition, because of my two bad phones with the same issue, I am requesting that google replace mine with a new one in the most current manufacture batch and they tell me they cannot ensure that and i will basically get what i get. I have been battling this for over a month now. There are many people online in forums complaining about the same thing, I started taking screenshots of them to back this up. ALL I WANT IS THE MODEL PHONE I PURCHASED THAT WORKS FREE FROM THE MULTIPLE ISSUES MENTIONED. I am not asking for anything unreasonable.
