Google Phones — Pixel phones and won’t be purchasing again

Purchased Pixel3 less than 6 months ago. Warranty exchange takes 7 days in which you don’t have a phone. Received a defective “refurbished” device. I purchased a Pixel 3 in Spring of 2019. When the screen had a pixel die, I ignored it. When it started to flash out of control I called for a warranty replacement. Because I purchased at a reputable retailer (Target) and not Google directly the warranty is cumbersome and requires you to be without a device for 5-10 business days. My replacement device was refurbished with a dead pixel and a loose USB port. How can this be deemed a suitable replacement for a 6 month old device I purchase new? I think it’s an extremely unfair practice and obviously quality control has let Google down. Was a big big fan of the Pixel phones and won’t be purchasing again.
