I purchased a google pixel 3axl on 7-21-19 and had tons of issues with signal problems, so they sent me a replacement and it is doing the something. I have called probably ten times and have been put on hold for hours and been promised a return calls when they don’t call me back on numerous occasions. I have been told by the a google customer services rep that they know it’s known issue, but they won’t refund me my money back. They just say they can fix it when I just received this replacement phone less than a week ago. I want my money back and they can have their phone back because from what I see this is a very common problem that google is not found a solution to and that’s not acceptable to me. I want my money back so I can go back to Samsung.
