Google Phones — I feel like I’ve been swindled by Google

Was sent a broken phone. They sent replacement to wrong address (unclear how, why this happened). Now they refuse to send me my phone. I spent $400 to buy a new phone from Google. The one that they sent was broken. I talked to customer service and, per the warranty, they sent me a new one in the mail. The phone was marked as “delivered” but I never received it. After talking with customer service, I learned that unfortunately they sent it to the wrong address (not mine). They say they don’t know how this happened. I keep reaching out to customer service and keep being passed to another person, every time being told that my case is being escalated and to wait 24-48 hours. It’s been over 2 weeks. I feel like I’ve been swindled.
