Purchased new Pixel 3 XL and it was defective. Google tried to send me a refurbished replacement, which seemed to be a bait and switch. Spoke with at least 7 ******** service reps, including a supervisor. They authorized a refund and I’ve yet to receive it. Placed a call request and never received a callback. I would rate Google zero stars if possible.
