Cell phone malfunction and started melting and smoking. I have a Google Pixel 3A XL. Friday May 22nd 2020 I was on the phone with my husband and I got a warning that my battery was getting too hot in the phone was going to shut off. I hung up from my husband and no sooner than I did that the phone started smoking and burnt my hand. The cell phone show signs of melting and action part to my case that was on the phone. I talked with Google’s customer service through chat online and they were not going to help me other than me sending in my phone and being without one for 5 to 10 days and they were going to going to send me a replacement phone a used one.
