I bought 3 Pixel phones that were made by Google through Verizon. All 3 phones the speakers would cut out people I was talking to could not hear me. I tried resolving the matter through my carrier but was told that they were not responsible because they were not the manufacturer of the 3 phones. I went through the insurance company. I traded my phone in for a refurbished replacement another pixel 2 phone. The same issue with the speakers happened again. This time I went into a Verizon and was told by the insurance company that I would get a refurbished Pixel 2 phone. I told them in no uncertain terms that was unacceptable. The insurance company told me that they would send me a new phone. I got my 3 ******************** and with in a week I had the same issue with the speaker. I called Google Support and was on the phone for 2 hours. In the end I was told I would have to spend more money to upgrade my phone. They were willing to send me another refurbished Google Pixel 2 phone. This was not an acceptable response. I asked if they could give me another type of phone at the same value and I was told no. Contact by the Business Get another type of phone made by Google to replace my Google Pixel 2 phone.
