Google Pay — Google Play has stolen $10.00 from me

My Google Play gift card states there is no expiration date, but it tells me it is expired, and Google has refused to credit my account. A few years ago, I got a Google Play gift card for the amount of $10.00. It states on the terms and conditions on the back of the card “No fees or expiration date applicable to this card”. It also contains reference to additional terms and privacy policy. When I looked at this website it states “3. No Fees or Expiration. No fees or expiration dates apply to this Gift Card or Credit.” I attempted this afternoon to redeem my gift card credit and it told me that it was expired. This upset me because it clearly stated on the back and on the website that the card does not expire and this goes against the terms of service. I called Google Play twice, and spoke to two different representatives. The first told me that it was part of a promotion of some kind and it expired when the promotion ended. There is no indication whatsoever in the terms of service agreement. She refused to credit my account. I called again and spoke with another representative and told him that Google Play was in essence stealing $10.00 from me for not granting me a $10.00 of credits that I paid for and by going against the terms of service that is available to me. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and he told me the supervisor was not available at the moment but would call me back. Nobody ever returned my call. Google Play has stolen $10.00 from me and I demand that my google play account be credited $10.00.
