Google — Outright theft and fraud

On October 26, 2020 I purchased a trial of 30 days of HBO Max and thought that I had cancelled the subscription within the 30 day trial period. However to my surprise I either did not or it didn”t go through, regardless I have had three new Capital One Credit cards. Each time Google was able to make transactions using the new credit cards when I would call Capital One to complain that I was being robbed by Google and each time I got a new credit card Google made a transaction of $14.99 from October 26, 2020 until January 6, 2022 that’s a total of $ 209.86 for a service that I NEVER EVER USED. I tried many, many times to contact them by phone and was never able to get anyone at 855-836-****, I called different times of the day, every 15 minuets and nothing. I had to get my daughter to come over and help me with this nightmare I’m not computer savvy but she is. I don’t understand how they could get away with charging my new credit cards without my permission, in my mind that’s theft and against the law. I want a refund from the time that I got my very first new credit card and all the charges thereafter, which come to the sum total of $149.90, I received a new Capital One Credit card in April 2021. Google should NEVER had been able to make a charge to that card and any card that came after, that is outright theft and fraud.
