Basic functionality has been removed by products AFTER they were sold and purchased to me having advertsed those features. On August 31. 2019 Google began removing functionality from Nest products. They are forcing people to migrate to Google Accounts. I have a Google Account that I pay for but they do not support paid accounts. So currently I hav 17 Nest Products between 3 homes; all of which are worthless because Nest removing the ability to add family members. I would prefer for Google to either support G Suite accounts or restore prior Nest accounts. if that is not possible, I would like full payback of the following devices: 3x Nest Hello Doorbells 7x Nest Thermostats 7x Nest Smoke Detectors
