Terrible customer service. Would love to sign up for gsuite but can’t even get answers to simple questions. They make it so difficult to reach support. You’d think for a company of this size they could compete on support. Guess I’ll go piecing together some business solutions with companies like Box that are still “small enough” to care about outstanding customer support.
