Google — Listing still remains on the internet

The company (Google) refuses to remove a business page from the internet. Several attempts have been made to communicate with Google but no resolve. A google business page is currently on the internet with the name of the business. I asked google to take the page down due to me noticing people were leaving reviews under the listing. I did not requesting the business to be listed with google business or google maps, or any google products and services. Communication with the company has been through Twitter messages. The company does not have a phone number with a human being available to speak with and has ignored by last twitter message. I was encouraged to respond to reviews left on the page. However, I explained as a healthcare provider I cannot publicly acknowledge knowing any person who may or may not have received a service from the business. I further explained that I have not claimed the business listing and will not be claiming the business listing for this reason. The listing still remains on the internet
