I had store credit for an order that they have refused to apply to an order. I made a preorder for their project stadia device with the expectation that my store credit had been applied. I find after the fact that they didn’t apply it when their system normally does so automatically. They refuse to fix this error without wasting my own time and money to return the product and refund with no guarantee this credit will even apply a second time. I just want the store credit refunded to me.
