My Google account was hacked and someone charged over $73 worth of game play on my account. I contacted Google and they will not refund my money. I contacted my bank to dispute the charges and since closed my google account to prevent anymore unauthorized charges. The purchase date was 9/20/2019 for $34.99, $13.99, $13.99, $6.99, $1.99, $0.99, and $0.99. I closed my bank card and stopped my Pay Pal account. The customer service rep said they could not refund my money. If they look at my purchase history, I do not purchase large amounts of in-game play on any given time. Especially all at once. I would like to file a complaint with the BBR about Google in hopes to retrieve my money back.
