Google is doing extremely bad. Google seriously needs to do better with their platform. Ever since the update, I have been locked out of my account for over a week and I am very frustrated. Everyday I’ve spent trying to sign in to be replied with “Google couldn’t verify that your account belongs to you”. I am locked out of my recovery email, which makes no sense. This incident is delaying me from verifying my account for my debit card. I used that email address when applying for a debit card and I can’t confirm my email because Google denied me access to my account. The purpose of a recovery email is to access it in case the primary email is locked. So what would I do if my primary email address gets locked? How will I be able to access my account if both the primary email and recovery email is locked? Google REFUSES to let me sign in. Google keeps locking people out of their accounts and crashes horribly. Google needs to stop playing games with people’s accounts and emails, and stop denying them access to them. I demand that my recovery email is accessible. Another thing that makes no sense is that Google still sends verification codes to the email address that they locked me out of. Stop sending emails to my locked email account. How do you expect me to answer the email of you locked it? Another thing that makes no sense is Google has also sent dozens of verification codes to my phone number associated with the account just to tell me it can’t be verified. What the **** is going on!!? I demand access to my account today!!
