I have a Gmail account under my name. I have been trying to recover this account however it is sending a two-step verification code to my old number which is I have been trying to contact Google for the past 3 months to retrieve my account there is no way to talk to them directly and or get any live customer service person over the phone. I believe this is bad customer service and doesn’t show the customer that they value our services with them. It is not sending me to the third part of the security questions I have emailed multiple people paid another company to help me retrieve it and still at the end I am still not given access to my Gmail. I would like for a customer service representative to help me out with this situation but I cannot get a hold of them over the phone.
