Google Fiber — Unethical and takes advantage of consumers

Billing site automatically bills any due amount to card even though not authorized On 10/18/19, I was making a partial payment for my internet service and was going to pay the rest on another account. I entered my card info and amount and authorized the transaction. Google fiber automatically used that card as my primary card and made a second transaction for the remaining amount which will put me over my limit on that card potentially affecting my credit. I contacted google support and they said they could not reverse the second charge as they cannot refund amount due. I did NOT authorize that card to be made primary and did NOT authorize the second charge. If it isn’t illegal, it is definitely unethical and takes advantage of consumers.
