Google Fiber was installed for my neighbor. My sprinkler system was damaged in the process. I called google Fiber San Antonio to file a claim on October 18, 2019. A claim was opened. On October 19, 2019, a supervisor came out and took photos of the damaged sprinklers and accepted responsibility. I was told that a repair company would come out. On October 23, 2019, I called and was told that my claim was closed, and had to be reopened. The notes stated that I had hired someone to do the repair, which was not true. I am requesting that my sprinkler system be repaired to pre-damaged condition.
