Google Fi — Sent out a refurbished replacement phone

Google charged my credit card ($750) for a Pixel 2 cell phone I had returned and they had received 2 weeks ago In September, my Pixel 2 phone on Google Fi service died unexpectedly. I contacted Google and they sent out a refurbished replacement phone. They put a credit hold of ~$750 to cover the cost of the phone) In the process of setting up the phone (while talking to Google support) the replacement phone died unexpectedly. The Google support people send me an RMA to return the defective refurbished replacement phone. RMA was issued 27 Sept 2019 Defective Refurbished replacement Phone was received by Google in Grapevine, Tx on 1 October 2019. (Fedex Tracking attached) On 14 October, My American Express was hit with a $797.69 charge from Google for which I have no invoice, receipt, etc. I am assuming it is related to the phone.
