What an absolute debacle. Hands down the worst service on the planet (most likely the universe). This was my 1st time trying Google Ads, so I read through the their policies carefully and went ahead and set up a campaign, it got APPROVED. The campaign was running successfully getting plenty of views and clicks and all of the sudden just got shut down and my account was suspended. The email stated that I shouldn’t create any further accounts/campaigns in the future. What?????? Are you kidding me? After trying to contact them and going through the proper channels putting in a ticket, I was assured that I would receive a phone call (which never came). So I called the sales number to talk to an actual person and they would just keep putting me through the automated ticket system (getting absolutely nowhere). I could see if I was a seasoned veteran of Google Ads and was trying to workaround the system but this was my FIRST TIME! You would think they would be just a tad lenient (especially since my campaign was making them money). But sadly, I guess they are just too big for me. I guess when you get that big, you can the little people and be ok with it. I’m so glad I started using Bing Ads because the same campaign is doing actually better than it was on Google Ads. So, in conclusion, stay as far away from Google Ads as humanly possible. I recommend Bing Ads which has way better people that actually care. Buh bye Google Ads, I’ll see you
