I had an issue with Google Adwords in regards to a payment being charged to the wrong bank account. My ticket# has been going on for over a week. On a daily basis I get a call from an India call center. I am getting the run around. I have repeatedly ask to have my claim escalated to another level and or department. For 5 days I have received a call from the same call center and am told that ” they understand my concern and will have a manager call me back in 24hrs” After 24hrs I receive another call from the same call center and the process repeats. I no longer care about the wrong account being charged. I would like to speak with an administrator in regards to have my time and resources have been wasted. I have been lied to, I have been treated rudely as a customer and a person. It is unfair that Google has made it impossible to get a complaint resolved because all calls are funneled to the same call center in India and they are the judge and jury. How can a call center resolve an issue about there own process? After countless phone calls, chats and emails I am exhausted.
