Goodwill Industries — No response from customer service

I’ve purchased a couple thousand dollars worth of items on the site over the last month. However I started receiving bad items. The first was an item pictured and described as in working condition but when I got it nothing worked and one part couldn’t because it wS missing the bulb. Then I got a figurine pictured and described as good condition with no cracks or damage but the entire head was visibly glued back on. The other day I received six boxes containing 9 items. 2 were totally smashed and 2 had broken pieces off in shipping. I also had another figurine packaged with a heavier item smashed on a different delivery. I did my due diligence contacted customer service about the items and got no response. So I contacted them twice through the other customer service email and I never received a response. Below are the pics of the 3 smashed items. I think they should suffice as my evidence. Also I was home for these deliveries and reported the issues within an hour of receiving them. I can only show 1 pic. I would accept a credit for the items. I would like to continue to shop there but I can\’t until this is resolved. I know I\’m only 1 person but they are supposed to help people not take advantage of them.
