Goodwill Industries — Dishonest and rude customer service

I purchased an outfit for my son in an emergency and he ended up not needing it and I went to return it the very next day and Rebecca said that because one had a blue Barb on it that she couldn’t return any of them. She was extremely loud, hateful, rude, and noncompliant with the company policy. Fire Rebecca…her customer service sucks!! She doesn’t uphold the company policy and thinks she is ALWAYS right. I shop at Goodwill very often and I see her being rude to customers frequently.
