Good2Go — Scamming Customers

I noticed my remaining balance on my policy went up after just check 3 days prior. That caused me to do a deep dive, and I learned that my entire payment wasn’t going towards my balance. This company keeps increasing my remaining balance when it should be going down. The customer support agents keep giving me the run around andor ignoring my emails. Fix my remaining balance by putting the money I’m paying towards it.
