Placed an order for delivery, when it arrived the entire order was wrong, I called the Chinese back and the woman on the phone was absolutely horrific and refused to refund or replace my order! I drove around to the Chinese where she started to scream at me telling me I was wrong, that I didn’t know what I ordered as she had written it down! She then put some girl on the phone to me who told me the manager was on annual leave and they could not refund me. I am absolutely furious and find it completely unacceptable both how I was spoken to and that my consumer rights were refused! Immediate refund and apology!
