I bought my microwave in May 2013 after which it’s magnetron stopped working in August’13. I registered the complaint and it got resolved! Then it worked for few months after which the same problem pursued!! I registered complaint again on 7th may 2014 with the same issue which got resolved but then the same problem persisted! I registered third complaint on 12th may, it was again resolved but then the same thing happened again! My fourth complaint was registered on 25th May which got resolved on 9th June!! It worked fine hardly for 19 days and the same issue is there!! No supervisor no senior was of any help to me!! So it left me with no option filing this complaint!!!
