GoDaddy.com — They deleted my sites

One of the customer service reps made me purchase something I didn’t need only to delay my migration of websites on WordPress. They deleted my sites, made me pay $500 for Business hosting, another $150 for WordPress recovery, and cost me thousands in irreparable client damages. Not only have I talked to 10 different customer service representatives, one of them admitted that their servers crashed and was trying to do damage control. This is fraud and they should refund all the expenses that cost me to lose so much credibility. I really thought they were great at what they do but I have recorded conversations in Filipino and English on how clueless they were with their “attempted professional help.” I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed in GoDaddy as a business and practice.
